This allows Contact centre agents to take calls and lodge complaints more accurately within shorter timescales. When a user calls contact centre, Agent can choose to switch on or switch off relevant map layers based on the user’s selection on the menu of the call.
mapERP Smart Planning board
mapERP Smart Planning board helps planners to plan their work better with Geo-Explorer visualization . Planning and scheduling hub will be able to visualize the crew locations, work assigned, work in progress and new issues. These can also be visualized along with Service Level Agreement (SLA) zones in a single view for better decision making. mapERP Smart Planning board can further be extended to automate the planning and scheduling needs of organisations with high volumes of work orders and jobs redefining rules for these scenarios. Planners will then need to only attend to exceptions or issues in the absence of which they will be able to concentrate more on auditing process improvements and quality of execution.

mapERP Smart Crew management helps the planners and superiors to know the current location of their Crew anytime and manage their work assignment and status. Further, using mapERP Smart Crew Management, crews of the requisite strength can be formed on the fly using map viewer. Work assigned this way can be updated back to SAP or your organization’s ERP system in near real-time and this also reduces the information load from the field to the planning and scheduling hubs.
